Specific conditions
- A security deposit of €2,000 will be required on departure of the vehicle by pre-authorisation and/or cheque, subject to local conditions with the car hire company. If the pre-authorisation is not received, the car hire company reserves the right to cancel the rental in accordance with its cancellation policy. Please provide both means of payment for the departure of the vehicle.
A security deposit of €2,080 will be required by CREDIT CARD when you collect the vehicle or via an automated email sent in advance, for all rentals. PLEASE ensure you check your credit card’s limit for the pre-authorisation. If this is not approved, the rental company reserves the right to cancel the hire, in accordance with its cancellation terms. This deposit may be used to cover any damage upon return of the van, if the van is returned dirty and/or with an empty fuel tank, or for any other additional charges.
A flat-rate administrative fee of €80 (including VAT) will be charged in addition to the cost of repairs or the payment of fines in the event of an accident and/or damage and/or the receipt of a fine.
- For any urgent request for a departure within 3 hours of the reservation, please call the number given in the confirmation email.
- On request, timetables can be more or less flexible, in agreement with your rental company.
- The hire charge includes total disinfection of the truck between each hire (cab, horse areas, saddlery, handles, etc.).
- RHINOPNEUMONIA EPIDEMIC INFORMATION - This truck is carefully disinfected before each rental.
Every horse must be covered by third-party liability insurance. Any damage to the interior is not covered by the vehicle’s insurance but by your horse’s third-party liability insurance.

Conditions d'annulation modérées
A 95% refund will be permitted if the cancellation occurs 7 days before rental. A 50% refund will be permitted in case the cancellation happened between 48 hours to 7 days before rental. No refund will be possible under 48 hours before rental.
